Why This Matters to Me
Over the years building and operating businesses I experienced something I now see in many of the established business owners I work with.
From the outside and on paper, the business is successful. But it's easy to become so immersed in running a business that there's little time to or space left to think strategically or ask whether it still reflects the life you want today. That was certainly true for me.
Living with Systemic Lupus reinforced that lesson even further.
It taught me that success isn't about pushing harder or doing more - it's about building a business that is resilient enough to support you through every stage of life.
That's why this work matters so much to me.

A few things you won't find on my CV
Business is a huge part of my life, but it isn't all of it.
When I'm not working with business owners, you'll find me out on my bike, practising yoga or t'ai chi, weeding the garden, or trying to convince our chickens that I'm in charge (it rarely works!).
I'm a proud step-mum and aunty, a lover of good coffee and long conversations, and someone who's endlessly curious about how things can work just a little bit better - in life as well as business.
